Medical University
is located in Weifang- the famous world kite
capital of China in Shangdong Province as one
of the most prosperous province in the country
due to its coastal land like Qingqdao, Dalian
and Yantai next to Korean peninsulas.

Weifang College is 100 Kilometre from Qingdao
city and 45 minutes flight from Shanghai and
12 hours drive through high speed railway drive
from Shanghai. The weather in Weifang is excellent
due to coastal influences ranging 0’ C
during winter and 28’C in the extreme
summer.
Founded in 1951 it has got history of more than
50 years. Presently college has more than 10,000
students from all over the world including Korea,
Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, Ukraine and
from different part of mainland China.

College affiliated 5 general hospital beds are
more than 12000 with 8 provincial research institutes,
2 provincial key disciplines, 2 provincial key
laboratories and 2 provincial medical key disciplines.
The college library has a collection of over
300,000 books and 2,000 kinds of magazines,
both in Chinese and foreign languages.

The College has got modern 3rd generation medical
equipment of worth USD 15 million like CT, MRI,
ECT, DSA etc. The college has won 6 research
titles of national level or provincial levels.
In recent years, there are 40 monographs published
and 660 academic papers issued on journals parallel
to national level.
College specialization of medical fields are
Ophthalmology, pharmacology, Plastic Surgery,
Molecular immunology and Intestine surgery.

College has internship programs which is being done
with West Colorado University of USA and affiliated
with Shanghai Medical University. The one year internship
programs can be done either in China or in Nepal for
the Nepalese students.
Important aspects of
College are:
- College will provide
free of Chinese Language courses during your
study. Professors are from international countries
like Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore,
Russia and other big cities of China like
Shanghai and Beijing.
- Classes and labs are separated only for
foreign students like from Nepal, Korean,
Japanese, Pakistani, Russians, Ukraines etc.
- All syllabus are WHO standard with integrated
system of England and similar to MBBS of Nepal
Medical Council.
- Internship is for one year and can be done
in China or in Nepal to minimize the cost.
- Total expenses including tuition, hostels,
food and air-fare do not exceed Nrs.8,00,000
for the total term of study.
